I am not going to Heaven because I have preached to great crowds or read the Bible many times. I’m going to Heaven just like the thief on the cross who said in that last moment: ‘Lord, remember me.’

Billy Graham always had one message ready to speak and he always preached it in a voice of urgency, “Jesus came into this world, he died for our sins and there is eternal life only if you believe in him. There is salvation only if you believe him”

No no no these were not just his words but from the living word of God. He repeated it always in his crusades and meetings. Millions of people would come forward and accept Christ as their personal savior, many would recommit their lives to Christ hearing him preach.He was one of the most influential preachers known to the world in the 20th century.

Does his message stands valid today? Yes, it does and with every passing day, we are closer towards the second coming of Jesus.

Are you ashamed of sharing the gospel? The LORD has called each one of you to serve in his kingdom. You are all his chosen generation.

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

It pains my heart to see so many living without knowing the living God. It pains my heart to see them going to eternal hell. At the same, I should also introspect my life and stand right in the sight of God, lest I be a castaway.

Can you answer this with confidence that if Christ comes today, will you be with him in heaven? If your answer is No rethink what makes you say no, which part of your life needs recommitment?

If you are struggling with certain areas of your life, confess it to God. No sin is greater than his mercy. He still loves you and can forgive you.

As long as you are breathing it is never too late to accept Christ as your personal Savior. But once you stop breathing nothing can save you, you will be judged based on your life on earth. No saints or offerings can promote you to heaven as some people believe.

If you find it hard to accept Christ, think it in this way – If there is truly an eternal life which you will get by believing in Jesus you have nothing to lose but if you don’t believe, your soul will be lost forever in the eternal hell!
